An equity audit helps agencies and organizations identify where they are on the continuum of equity and inclusive practices and standards. Our equity assessments can be all inclusive or focus solely on the matter your organization is trying to solve for. Issues include but are not limited to - race, gender and LGBTQIA+. The goal is to help organizations develop equitable policies, practices, and messaging that benefits their workforce, clients, and communities they serve.
The equity audit is a 4-step process that can generally last from 3-6 months depending on the size of your organization and the specific issues we want to solve for.
